A/S Warranty
Product Quality Guarantee
This product has passed the strict quality control and precise safety management of the head office.
In the event of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we guarantee that repair and replacement of parts will be provided without cost.
The warranty for our products is covered by the following information. -1 year from the date of purchase.
Any breakdown that occurs after the warranty period of the product which has elapsed it will be repaired for a fee.
The free warranty period is calculated from the product purchase date, so please have the purchase date entered at the agency when receiving it.
(If the purchase date is not confirmed, the quality guarantee period is added from the date of manufacture.)
In the following cases, even during the product warranty period, repairs will be provided with payment.
Failure or damage caused by use other than the intended use.
(Eg. Using the Cross-country product, when downhill, jumping, or going down stairs)
Case of malfunction due to user's careless handling
When a person other than the agency (A/S center) repairs the product and arbitrarily changes or damages the product
In case of failure or damage due to natural disasters such as fire or flood
No presentation of product warranty
In the event of a crash during operation, user negligence, neglect of the manufacturer's recommendations, or failure and damage caused by excessive force beyond the design or use in inappropriate circumstances, product warranty does not apply. If the paint peels off due to external impact and the parts are arbitrarily altered or deformed, the product warranty is excluded.
The head office is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the operation of the product, excluding manufacturing defects. Also not responsible for damage, injuries, and damages caused by use during transportation or other than for design purposes.
The A/S of the product is handled by the head office only which are officially received from the sales agent, and the final supplier.
If the problem of the product is first submitted to the agency, we will handle it quickly.
